Identify your institution type under the GENIUS Act. The Act applies to Permitted Payment Stablecoin Issuers (PPSIs) — national banks, state banks, and approved non-bank entities. Foreign issuers of USD-pegged stablecoins are also covered if sold or offered in the US.

GENIUS Act §4 restricts reserve assets exclusively to: (1) US coins/currency and demand deposits at insured depository institutions; (2) Federal Reserve deposits; (3) US Treasury bills with remaining maturity ≤93 days; (4) Treasury-collateralised overnight/term repo. Allocations must sum to 100%.
